Culver’s on Every Corner
Back in the day was a was a regular resident of Milwaukee I had a friend who would take the regular guilty trip to Culver’s with me. Okay, I had a lot of friends who loved Culver’s but this one in particular was Kirk. Another long lost aspect of my young age was my ability to dream. We used to dream about how in a perfect world Fraggles would be real and there would be a Culver’s on ever corner. Today that dream is just one step closer to coming true. I’m not sure if Kirk heard the news yet, but this made my day. No, it made my week. It’s a much shorter drive to Arizona from Los Angeles than it is back to Wisconsin for Culver’s.
We’ve all tried to do it. You make a hamburger patty and grill it on top of a 1/4 stick of butter. For kicks, you melt a little on top too. Add some bacon and toast the bun with the rest of the stick and you’ve got yourself a butter burger. Well, technically yes but there’s just something about Culver’s that’s special. I can’t seem to recreate it no matter how hard I try.
Spread this message to your friends in Wisconsin that refuse to move away because of the potential Culver’s withdrawal. There is now hope, well at least in Arizona.
Now we just gotta work on the Fraggle thing.
