California Drivers License
When I decided to get my California drivers license I also decided that it would be a great idea to put a fake address on it so that I could avoid the junk mail that comes along with it. Sadly, California does not issue the card right there at the DMV but instead mails it to the address you have on file. Obviously, this presents a problem.
As soon as I get back to Palm Springs I’m going to need to go to the DMV and plead for them to give me a new license. I’m sure they’ll make me pay the fee again and probably wonder why things got so horked up to begin with. Why am I going to the Palm Springs DMV when I live in Los Angeles? Well going to the DMV sucks to begin with. I’m assuming that adding the Los Angeles factor into the equation will make it exponentially worse. I’m hoping that they’ll let me visit the Palm Springs one where the people seem to have more time on their hands and are undoubtedly drinking more.
More as I have it. Just hoping I don’t get pulled over on the way down!
